I'm Rochelle a qualified wellness practitioner and emotional wellbeing coach. I help women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones and build unshakeable confidence.
Before creating The Motherhood Realm, I founded The Wellness Realm - a clinical wellness brand offering vitamin injections, IV drips and advanced facial treatments designed to enhance energy, radiance and inner balance. Through working with hundreds of clients, I witnessed firsthand how deeply physical and emotional wellness are connected and how much women's health can transform when both are addressed together.
My journey started with my own struggles from anxiety and burnout to being diagnosed with PCOS. It taught me that true healing begins with understanding your body, not just treating the symptoms. That realisation shaped my entire approach: blending science, self-awareness and holistic practices to create results.
Today, through The Motherhood Realm, I continue that mission by supporting women through fertility, pregnancy and beyond. Helping them rebuild their health, confidence and connection to themselves.

"I ordered the food allergy test, as I had a bad reaction when I was younger and never tested for any food allergies, which left me wary about what I eat. The test kit comes in the mail and is very easy to understand with the instructions provided. The results came back in 5 days. The results show in different categories: high, medium, low or no reaction. With my results I was quite surprised with my results as I was not aware I am allergic to certain foods I eat. Rochelle offered to discuss the results and gave me advice to keep a food diary and the different type of reactions I can have. Iv been using Realm services for around a year now. I started with b12 and magnesium as i suffer with insomnia, i really do not like needles. Rochelle kept me distracted by keeping me well informed, since then iv been a needle regular, lemon bottle in my Chin (highly recommend) i also mentioned that i suffer with psoriasis, Rochelle recommended glutathione and i can now wear braids again with confidence. Iv also started PRP and Biotin aswell as due to the psoriasis around my headline thinning my hair.
